Professional engineering license or certification preferred
Proven experience leading complex structural projects
Strong knowledge of structural design, analysis, and construction practices
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, SAP2000)Responsibilities:Lead and oversee structural design and analysis for construction projects
Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Conduct site inspections to monitor structural work quality
Resolve technical issues during construction
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in structural engineering
