- Conduct engaging pre-shift briefings, aligning team goals and strategies for efficient operations.
- Empathically handle guest concerns and implement effective Guest Recovery strategies.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and technology, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Assist in staff training and onboarding, ensuring new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Track shift performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, promoting a safe, professional, and inclusive workplace.
- Build and nurture strong guest relationships, embodying our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
- Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless operations and a unified, cohesive approach.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a guest-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using technology and a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
