Human Resources Specialist

• Develop and implement OD strategies to improve organizational performance
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable insights
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and handle conflict resolution
• Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
• Manage HR activities on Qiwa-Muqeem-Gosi-Taqatetc
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and provide guidance on related matters
• Interact and manage effective communication and relationship with Government agencies
• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
