- Manage, maintain, and enhance the ERP system to support business operations efficiently.
- Lead ERP implementation projects, including system upgrades, module deployments, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
- Oversee ERP integrations with other business applications and third-party systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within the ERP environment.
- Develop and deliver ERP training to end-users, ensuring system adoption and effective utilization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support tickets, enhancements, and licensing.
- Develop and maintain documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
- Monitor ERP-related KPIs and prepare regular status and performance reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems mainly Oracle Cloud.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, support, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Good knowledge of data management and system integrations.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Dynamics).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and business intelligence integrations.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts or consultants.
