- Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies, setting monthly/quarterly targets for high-rise residential units.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead management to closing deals and contract execution.
- Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and demand to refine pricing and strategies.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, launch campaigns, and conduct site visits.
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales (4-5+ years), specifically within luxury, high-rise, or large-scale residential projects.
- Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate regulations and market trends.
