"Accountant"**Job Description**The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with local regulations
- Audit financial documents and procedures for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform regular backups
- Report on financial health and liquidity of the organization
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Accounting field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Accounting software Tally.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
