- Responsible for assisting in the provision of efficient and effective recruitment and selection of HRBS Business sectors.
- Handel process of Business sector interviewing, agreements, invoicing and mobilization.
- Deal and communicate with individual agencies for selection, mobilization and payment process
- Recruit and find Business workers for HRBS.
- Purpose of the Job/Job Mission.
- Build and find agencies for HRBS Business sectors.
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including from sourcing, screening, salary negotiating, building a pipeline of candidates, candidate interviewing, pre-employment checks, extending job offers and closing positions.
- Dealing with agencies abroad from A to Z for mobilization and CVs sourced method for workers.
- Scheduling, conducting, and score tests for applicants for applicable positions.
- Representative the company for Attending outside camping regarding interviews, agreements for Business sectors Upon required.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments of agencies and candidates
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hire managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Contact new employees and prepare on-boarding sessions
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Responsible candidates’ files through HRBS system for Business workers
