- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of components.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to guarantee compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on fabrication techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to maintain production schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to address fabrication challenges and implement solutions.
- Prepare reports on project progress, fabrication quality, and team performance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the fabrication environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.
