Job Title: Accounts and Payroll OfficerLocation: Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Finance & HRReports To: Finance Manager / HR ManagerJob Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts and Payroll Officer to manage the company’s accounting processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.This role combines financial accounting responsibilities with payroll processing, compliance, and employee records management.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Duties:· Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions· Manage accounts payable and receivable· Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations PayrollDuties:·Process employee payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis· Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, and deductions (e.g., tax, insurance, pension)· Maintain and update employee payroll records· Prepare and file payroll-related tax documents and reports (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS)·Handle queries related to salaries, payslips, and tax deductionsRequirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field· 2+ years of experience in accounting and payroll· Knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, QuickBooks)· Strong understanding of statutory payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)· Excellent numerical and analytical skills · High attention to detail and confidentialityPreferred Qualifications: · Certification in Payroll Management or HR Finance is a plus· Familiarity with labor laws and statutory reporting
