Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and organized Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of digital and technical projects across departments. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of project delivery from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
Continuously improve delivery processes and optimize team performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project delivery or IT service management.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
Preferred Skills:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience in managing software or infrastructure projects.
