Job Summary:
A leading is seeking to hire an experienced Performance & Materials Quality Control Manager to oversee and ensure the compliance of all works and materials in wastewater network and infrastructure projects with the approved specifications and standards, ensuring the highest levels of performance and quality throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in quality control of works and materials for wastewater network and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi standards and specifications (SWA) and international quality standards.
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and verify materials in certified laboratories.
- Skilled in preparing accurate technical reports for inspection and quality control results.
- Experience in managing quality control teams and coordinating with execution teams and consultants.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Supervise the implementation of the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the project.
- Inspect and approve materials before use on-site.
- Monitor all execution activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate with laboratories to conduct required material and concrete tests.
- Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to the project management and consultant.
- Follow up on corrective actions in case of any non-compliance or defects.
- Ensure that all teams adhere to health and safety standards during execution.
- Ready for immediate joining.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site.
