Job Title: Customer Care Agent (B2B)Location: Al Aqeeq, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full TimeIndustry: Manpower / Recruitment / Employment AgencyJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Agent (B2B) with a strong focus on outbound telesales to join our growing team. This role involves reaching out to potential and existing business clients, introducing our recruitment and outsourcing services, building strong relationships, and generating leads or sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service in a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients to introduce and promote our manpower and recruitment services.Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service explanations via phone, email, and chat.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and HR departments.Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment or outsourcing solutions.Schedule meetings or demos with business clients for the sales or operations team.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce).Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for outbound calls, lead generation, and client engagement.Handle basic client service requests and escalate complex issues when needed.Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service or telesales role, preferably in a recruitment or service-based industry.Proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation.Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and persuasion skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).What We Offer:Competitive salary plus commission and performance-based bonusesHealth insurance and other standard benefitsOngoing training and development programsSupportive and collaborative team environmentClear path for career growth and promotion within the company
