Roles and Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in need of manpower supply.
Sales Management: Negotiate terms and secure contracts for supplying workers across various industries.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand the client needs and trends in the manpower supply market.
Follow-Up: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, with a strong background in manpower supply or related industries.
Skills: Strong client relationship management, sales negotiation, and communication skills.
Client Network: A good client base in the region will be highly beneficial.
