- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fire protection market, including commercial, industrial sectors.
- Provide technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop customized fire protection solutions.
- Understand and interpret fire safety codes, standards (NFPA, FM Global, etc.), and customer specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and consultants.
- Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales within the fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire suppression, detection, alarm, and sprinkler systems.
- Familiarity with local and international fire protection codes (e.g., NFPA, UL, FM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD, CRM tools, or fire system design software is a plus.
