We are partnering with a global leader in engineered composite pipe systems that provides advanced solutions to the Oil & Gas, Water, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors. With a strong global presence and a growing footprint in the Kingdom, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager based in Riyadh.This is a senior-level, field-based position focused on driving business development, managing client accounts, and growing sales in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage strong relationships with existing and target customers in Riyadh and surrounding areasIdentify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within EPCs and project-driven environmentsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, and bids through to closing contractsConduct technical presentations and discussions to position solutions with clientsMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape sales strategyVisit project sites to strengthen customer relationships and understand product applicationsParticipate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows to promote solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Project, Delivery, Finance, and Supply Chain teamsProvide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on market activityEnsure compliance with company QHSE policies and practicesQualifications & ExperienceSaudi Nationals OnlyBachelor's degree in engineering5-10 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within pipes, oil & gas, or related industrial sectorsStrong technical background with the ability to present and explain solutions effectivelyProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with CRM and ERP systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsKey Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required)Strong business sense with analytical and problem-solving abilityResilient, self-motivated, and results-drivenAbility to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesWillingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom
