Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
6+ years of experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (such as Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Centre, Marketing, and/or Commerce).
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and related web development technologies.
Familiarity with integrating AI/Copilot features and leveraging Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).
Experience with data migration, system integration, and security best practices.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and client relationship skills.
Interest in expanding into new areas of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Omnichannel, Copilot/AI, Power Pages) and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
