By investing in our people's continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together - people and business.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Specialist with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and general contracting industry.The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, and possess hands-on expertise in industrial, commercial facilities, and data center projects.The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvement across all project phases.Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quality-related requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests on construction works and materials to verify compliance with ITP (Inspection & Test Plans), IFC (Issued for Construction), and project standards.
Review and manage QA/QC documentation including IFT (Issued for Tender), IFC, ITP, material submittals, method statements, and test reports.
Identify non-conformances, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with relevant teams.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, and quality logs.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality requirements and ensure effective communication.
Monitor subcontractors' quality performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
Support project teams in achieving consistent quality deliverables within schedule and budget.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure closure of findings.
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in QA/QC within construction and general contracting.
Project Exposure: Proven hands-on experience in industrial, commercial facilities, and data center projects.
Technical Skills: Strong experience in inspection procedures, IFT, IFC, ITP, and related QA/QC documentation.
Nationality: Saudi National (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices in construction.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
