ResponsibilitiesParamount to success within this varied role will include;
Demonstrated experience and capability in all aspects of planning and scheduling within the construction and engineering environment
Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil, infrastructure, structural or urban planning works and has project control / business management experience on mega projects
Capability to prepare all levels of project schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure project milestones are met
Reviews and closely monitors project schedule and cost to ensure schedule and budget objectives are met
Ability to present project schedule to management and to prepare recovery plans in case of schedule slippage
Must have thorough knowledge of project control/business practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a planning/scheduling role preferably in the GCC region.
