- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely support to guests.
- Upsell experiences, vouchers, and group packages, enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth guest flow from check-in to post-experience, managing queues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and maintain high standards.
- Act as a role model and mentor for the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the crew.
- Proficiency in using basic technical equipment and troubleshooting common issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform moderate physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying equipment.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a well-managed and efficient operation.
