To promote and sell the company’s freight services (land, sea, air, or express shipping), build
strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer base
growth.???? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
- Visit existing and potential clients to present freight solutions and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Submit regular sales activity and market feedback reports to management.
- Follow up on client payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions regarding shipment issues.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and logistics events.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Logistics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight/shipping industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license (if the role involves field visits).
- Good command of English (especially useful for international dealings).
Combination of office work and field visits to clients and logistics hubs.
