• Prepare and develop departmental objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and annual operational plans, and ensure their implementation according to the plan.
• Issue regulations and instructions related to the implementation of quality procedures and conduct continuous follow-up to ensure proper execution.
• Prepare and review periodic performance reports and determine the necessary actions to improve performance quality.
• Continuously supervise production processes in the factory and ensure their compliance with quality standards.
