Must be a current resident of Riyadh.
Excellent command of the Arabic language is required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5 to 10 years of experience in the field of infrastructure projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Requires a valid, transferable Iqama.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing technical and financial studies.
Analyzing tender documents and preparing competitive bids.
Planning and organizing projects using tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Proven experience within contracting companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Ability to prepare accurate and professional reports.
High skills in organization, communication, and teamwork.Important Notes:
Applications without a valid Iqama within the Kingdom will not be considered.
Priority will be given to those who have direct experience in infrastructure projects (water networks, sanitation, roads, etc.)We are specifically looking for candidates of Arab nationality who are proficient in Arabic.
