Position Title: Project Manager – Restaurant Builds & Fit-OutsLocation: Saudi Arabia (multiple sites)Compensation: SAR 25,000 per month (live-out)Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleA fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee restaurant construction and fit-out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing multiple site builds simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in managing F&B developments in the region, a strong network of trusted suppliers and contractors, and a track record of delivering premium restaurant projects.Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of restaurant construction and fit-out projects, from design coordination and approvals to final handover
Lead site inspections, project timelines, and contractor deliverables across multiple locations
Coordinate with designers, architects, and operational teams to ensure design integrity and functionality
Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement in alignment with budget constraints
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements
Anticipate and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and minimize downtime
Prepare and manage detailed project reports, financial forecasts, and close-out documentation

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of project management experience, specifically within the hospitality or restaurant development sector
Proven track record of managing restaurant builds and fit-outs in KSA
Deep knowledge of local building regulations, permitting processes, and construction standards
Strong network of local contractors, suppliers, and consultants in the F&B industry
Exceptional project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
Must have valid, contactable professional references
