- Lead the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality Indian cuisine, with a focus on authentic Mumbai street food and fine dining fusion
- Innovate and refine the menu to maintain authenticity while introducing contemporary flair
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (HACCP), and compliance with local Baladiya regulations
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials, tasting menus, and catering options
- Creative and passionate about food, with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and quality control
- Knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and traditional Indian cooking techniques
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia Baladiya food safety standards
- Fluent in English or Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is a plus
- Transferable Iqama required
