- Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and queries on the sales floor, often quickly problem solving to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitude
- Act as a individual and team contributor with sales targets.
- Model an elevated client experience posture when on the shop floor, and champion best practices to the team
- Manage clients concerns/ disputes/ complaints assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored
- Approve discounts as per policy
- Support in Rota management
- Support in analysing the business trends, both within store and local competitor market - what are the best sellers, slow sellers and how to generate business ideas to support guidelines
- Perform back office activities coordination (when Head of Back Office is not on duty)
