Senior Business Analyst - Digital Platform

Position Objectives:

Senior Business Analyst to shape and translate business vision into actionable digital requirements driving enterprise-wide transformation.
Partner with leadership and solution architects to design scalable, cloud-native platforms with AI-enabled capabilities.
Lead the optimization of critical workflows across planning, logistics, monitoring, and procurement.
Ensure alignment of business needs with technical delivery through robust analysis, documentation, and governance.
Act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technology teams to maximize business value and outcomes.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end requirements engineering for ERP (Odoo) and cloud-native platforms.
Define functional and non-functional requirements with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with architects to design system integrations, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms.
Map current-state workflows into optimized digital process models using BPMN/UML.
Document data requirements, entity relationships, and reporting structures to support analytics.
Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Agile delivery tools.
Support ERP module customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
Work with technical teams to define service contracts, API payloads, and data validation rules.
Specify UAT scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria for backend and mobile applications.
Ensure requirements traceability through architecture, design, development, and QA stages.
Facilitate implementation of vehicle tracking, IoT integrations, and real-time monitoring features.
Analyze data flows, system dependencies, and interface specifications to identify risks.
Provide input into AI/ML features including predictive demand forecasting and anomaly detection.
Support sprint planning and backlog refinement with a focus on technical dependencies.
Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure delivery alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Data/AI disciplines (preferred).
8+ years of experience in business analysis within large-scale digital transformation or ERP-driven projects.
Strong expertise in ERP platforms (Odoo preferred) with hands-on experience in configuration and integration.
Proven experience with APIs, data modeling, system interfaces, and process automation.
Solid knowledge of cloud-native platforms, microservices, and mobile application workflows.
Skilled in mapping business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar modeling techniques.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled business use cases, predictive analytics, and operational intelligence.
Knowledge of IoT/vehicle tracking integrations, logistics, or supply chain workflows is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and performance considerations in enterprise platforms.
Good command over English, Arabic speaking will be a plus
