G&P Logistcs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Field Sales Representatve to join the
commercial team, specializing in selling comprehensive freight forwarding solu*ons in the Saudi
Arabia market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logis*cs sales, with a focus
on interna*onal shipping, air, and sea transporta*on, customs clearance, and dedicated cold
chain fleet services. This role requires a proac*ve approach to iden*fying new business
opportuni*es, building strong client rela*onships, and achieving sales targets in a compe**ve
environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ac*vely prospect, iden*fy, and secure new business opportuni*es for freight forwarding
services, including transporta*on, customs clearance, and cold chain logis*cs, across
Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct regular field visits to poten*al and exis*ng clients to understand their logis*cs
needs and present tailored solu*ons.
  • Develop and maintain strong rela*onships with key decision-makers in target industries
such as pharmaceu*cals, food & beverage, and retail.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presenta*ons, proposals, and quota*ons to clients.
  • Nego*ate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal opera*ons, customer service, and management teams to
ensure seamless service delivery and customer sa*sfac*on.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compe*tor ac*vi*es, and regulatory changes affec*ng
the logis*cs and cold chain sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualifica,ons & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logis*cs, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logis*cs, or
transporta*on services, preferably within the Saudi market.
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and cold chain logis*cs is highly
desirable.
  • Excellent communica*on, nego*a*on, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-mo*vated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
