Partner with HR and IT teams to implement new features, modules, and process improvements.
Perform regular data audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
Support HRIS upgrades, patches, and testing of system changes.
Document workflows, procedures, and system configurations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).2. The Payroll Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This includes calculating wages, managing deductions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining payroll records. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and best practices3. The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the proper storage and distribution of goods. This role ensures all materials are received, recorded, stored, and issued in an efficient and organized manner.
