Lead the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines for our engineering team.
Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms.
Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for build, deployment, and operational tasks.
Implement and improve security measures as part of the DevOps lifecycle.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement strategies for performance optimization.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve system issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields with a deep understanding of IT operations and software development.
Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong experience with container orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
Proficient with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby, and familiar with programming languages.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
