- Create and design high-quality graphics for a range of mediums including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop visual concepts and campaigns that meet organizational goals.
- Produce innovative designs for presentations, reports, promotional materials, and other company collateral.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and effectively represent the company's identity.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the company's visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in the development of design ideas and concepts, providing creative input to enhance overall projects.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and team members.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
