Al Moallam (CJSC) Group, one of the major contracting companies for Saudi Aramco & SEC looking for a full time, experienced Customer Service/ Sales Manager for their Printing & Paper Factory division (Khalij Afan Paper Factory) in Dammam.Job Summary:The Shift Supervisor oversees the production of printed packaging materials using offset printing technology. This role ensures high-quality output, efficient use of materials, and timely completion of orders while managing a team of shift operators and helpers. The supervisor ensures compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and operational targets.1. Supervision & Team Management

Lead, coordinate, and supervise offset printing operators and packaging line staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
Train team members on press operation, quality control, and safety procedures.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

2. Production Oversight

Manage printing schedules based on production plan provided
Review job orders, artwork, die-line layouts, and packaging specs before production.
Supervise the setup, calibration, and running of production machines
Ensure efficient changeovers between jobs to minimize downtime.

3. Quality Control

Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure print accuracy, color consistency, and alignment.
Ensure all packaging meets brand, customer, and regulatory standards.
Record and resolve any printing or packaging defects and implement corrective actions.

4. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Oversee the maintenance of offset printing machines and associated equipment.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

5. Materials & Inventory Management

Monitor usage of inks, plates, paperboards, and packaging substrates.
Prevent material waste and support cost-efficiency initiatives.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
Conduct safety briefings and enforce the use of PPE.
Investigate and report incidents or near misses.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate production logs, quality reports, and downtime records.
Submit daily or weekly production summaries to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or technical degree in printing or packaging technology.
10 years of experience in offset printing, folding carton environment.
At least 5 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of packaging substrates
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 4500, FSSC 22000 and FSC certification standards.
