- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass individual and team goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing client concerns promptly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer service best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Understanding of legal contract language and sales agreement terms
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team management
