Moreover, the resort features seven different gastronomic experiences, sprawling pools and recreational facilities, a spa, a health club and curated meetings and events spaces for leisure, business travelers and groups.With the worldliness that travel brings, every stay will take your imagination to places you'd never expect!We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at InterContinental Red Sea Resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and guest experience standards. The ideal candidate brings creativity, consistency, and exceptional team leadership to deliver world-class bar service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and service standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that reflect our brand identity.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures in compliance with IHG standards.
  • Train and mentor bar staff to uphold excellent product knowledge and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with F&B management to plan promotions, activations, and guest experiences.
  • Monitor bar cost, wastage, and inventory with accurate reporting and controls.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar operations.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Previous island or resort experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
