Job Description:Lucidya is an AI-native company transforming how brands understand and engage with their customers through cutting-edge technologies purpose-built for Customer Experience (CX). With AI at the core of our platform and operations, we are redefining how businesses drive growth, loyalty, and insight at scale.We are looking for a visionary Senior Vice President of Engineering to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and evolving our strong engineering culture, technology capabilities, and product delivery standards as we scale.In this role, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives across Lucidya's core engineering functions, including our Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and Product Engineering (roadmap execution) teams. You will be responsible for enhancing the engineering organization's ability to deliver world-class solutions, meet increasing product demands, and support our rapid business growth.The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovation within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives in high-growth settings, understands how to blend strategy with execution, and is passionate about building resilient, high-velocity engineering organizations.Key Responsibilities

Define and execute an engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap, GTM initiatives, and ARR goals.
Lead the Cloud, Roadmap, and Platform teams to achieve KPIs related to NPS, delivery velocity, and revenue impact.
Oversee the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and performant SaaS features.
Drive adoption of modern DevOps, AI-native development practices, and platform modernization initiatives.
Implement systems for operational reporting, delivery forecasting, and DORA metrics tracking.
Build, scale, and mentor globally distributed engineering teams while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Collaborate with People & Talent to attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering leaders and technical talent.
Establish technical guilds, career development frameworks, and engineering excellence standards.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, GTM, and Finance to align engineering with business outcomes.
Act as executive sponsor for cloud and platform transformation programs tied to growth and scalability.
Advise the CEO, CTO and board on technical strategy, translating complex engineering decisions into clear business value.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years in software engineering, including 7+ years in executive leadership roles.
Proven leadership within a SaaS company of 500+ employees or more.
Demonstrated success in scaling global engineering teams across cloud, platform, and product verticals.
Strong track record of delivering high-impact SaaS features in high-growth, agile environments.
Expert in cloud-native architecture, cloud-agnostic infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and platform engineering.
Solid background in designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience with web development and high-performance SaaS.
Executive presence with ability to influence C-level and board stakeholders.
Experienced in driving organizational transformation across people, process, and technology.
Passionate about mentoring, team development, and creating high-performance cultures.
Customer-focused, with a strategic, analytical mindset.
