- Define and execute an engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap, GTM initiatives, and ARR goals.
- Lead the Cloud, Roadmap, and Platform teams to achieve KPIs related to NPS, delivery velocity, and revenue impact.
- Oversee the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and performant SaaS features.
- Drive adoption of modern DevOps, AI-native development practices, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Implement systems for operational reporting, delivery forecasting, and DORA metrics tracking.
- Build, scale, and mentor globally distributed engineering teams while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with People & Talent to attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering leaders and technical talent.
- Establish technical guilds, career development frameworks, and engineering excellence standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, GTM, and Finance to align engineering with business outcomes.
- Act as executive sponsor for cloud and platform transformation programs tied to growth and scalability.
- Advise the CEO, CTO and board on technical strategy, translating complex engineering decisions into clear business value.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years in software engineering, including 7+ years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven leadership within a SaaS company of 500+ employees or more.
- Demonstrated success in scaling global engineering teams across cloud, platform, and product verticals.
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact SaaS features in high-growth, agile environments.
- Expert in cloud-native architecture, cloud-agnostic infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Solid background in designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with web development and high-performance SaaS.
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level and board stakeholders.
- Experienced in driving organizational transformation across people, process, and technology.
- Passionate about mentoring, team development, and creating high-performance cultures.
- Customer-focused, with a strategic, analytical mindset.
