Housekeeper with Light Childcare Duties JD
Salary: 2,000 (Negotiable based on experience)We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Housekeeper to join our family and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment. In addition to housekeeping duties, the role will include a role in supporting the children's daily routines.Responsibilities:

Homekeeping:

o Regularly clean and maintain all areas of the house, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
 Schedules will be provided for daily, weekly, and monthly chores.
o Clean and organize bathrooms, kitchens, storage, and laundry.
o Change linens and make beds.
o Take out trash and recycling.
o Replenish household supplies – groceries (list development, store runs, etc)

Light Childcare:

o Oversee children's schedules, reminding them of activities and appointments.
o Assist with preparing lunch boxes, after-school snacks and activity requirements.
o Oversee light housekeeping schedule and activities for the children.
o Communicate any concerns regarding the children's well-being or behavior.

Meal Preparation:

o Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals, including breakfast, lunch preparation (for children to take to school), and dinner.
o Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.Requirements:

Experience in housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized home environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with meal planning and preparation.
A love for children and a positive, caring attitude.
Willingness to wear a uniform provided by the employer during work hours.
Must be clean, presentable, and maintain good personal hygiene.
Eager to learn and adapt to new routines.
Must be fluent in English or Arabic (or willing to learn one).
Honesty and integrity – committed to reporting any broken items or rule violations within the household.
Respectful of household rules and all members of the family.

Working Hours and Conditions:

Full-time live-in housekeeper:

o Duty hours: Sunday - Saturday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible schedule can be discussed & extended hours possible on an ad hoc basis based on events schedule.
