- Act as the dedicated consultant to the Head of CX, providing strategic and operational support.
- Design and develop a government entity satisfaction index to measure and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of CX-related projects, including ideation, planning, and preliminary structuring.
- Support the execution of ongoing CX initiatives and monitor their impact.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the authoritys digital transformation goals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive review.
- Facilitate workshops or interviews as needed with relevant government stakeholders.
- Proven experience in customer experience strategy, measurement, or design, ideally in the public sector or with government entities.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; strong English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong background in designing satisfaction indexes or experience measurement frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience working onsite in KSA, preferably with digital government or regulatory bodies, is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Onsite presence in Riyadh is required throughout the engagement.
- Consultant will work directly with the Head of CX/BEX, with limited internal team support.
