Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisionmaking
Mentor and train junior analysts providing guidance and support
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex billing issues
Evaluate the impact of system solutions on stakeholders and assess the feasibility from a business perspective
Ensure the development team understands business problems and solutions manage changes to requirements and conduct impact analyses
Oversee testing to ensure accuracy assist end users with understanding and using new solutions and facilitate smooth organizational changes
Work with the revenue operations team to identify transformation needs contribute to system upgrades and enhance revenue cycle processes
Review and report on productivity improvements cost effectiveness and total quality management in revenue cycle and billing information systems
Minimum Education RequiredBachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Information System Management, Finance, or a related field in healthcareProfessional Certifications Required(certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred)Years of ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in revenue cycle management or related field.LanguagesEnglish:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:BasicFunctional Competencies
