- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients in Arabic and English
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions and product offerings
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Manage and update the CRM system with lead and sales activity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth post-sales support
- Provide timely reports and insights to the sales manager
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- Proven track record in sales (B2B or B2C preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- A quiet and professional home office setup (free from background noise or frequent interruptions)
- Laptop or desktop with webcam
- Stable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Prior remote work experience is a plus
- Familiarity with regional market trends in the Middle East or GCC countries
