Location: Multiple Sites, KSA
Nationality: Arab Nationals OnlyArkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts and Commercial Engineer to manage the contractual and financial aspects of our prestigious NWC rehabilitation project.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage project contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
- Handle claims, variations, and change orders in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
- Support in resolving disputes and providing legal and contractual advice to project teams.
- Ensure all commercial activities adhere to company policies and Saudi regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Law.
- 5-7 years of experience in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts and KSA government projects (e.g., NWC) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contractual terms, legal regulations, and commercial practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Salary: 5,000 - 8,000 SAR (Based on experience)
