SWATX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technology solutions that support our business strategy. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define architectural frameworks, guide project initiatives, and ensure the alignment of technology with business goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust architectural designs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions that meet enterprise needs for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead architectural discussions and design sessions to ensure unified design principles and practices across projects.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and support risk management initiatives by providing mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the architecture framework.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and technical team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solutions architecture.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
