This role involves daily route visits, order generation, shelf merchandising, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and grow customer base
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor product availability and visibility at client locations
Provide daily market feedback and sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the local market
Valid driving license is an advantage
