InnovationTeam is a progressive technology firm delivering cutting-edge solutions, and we are currently seeking a visionary Mobile Development Lead to spearhead our technical direction.In this role, you will transition beyond execution to oversee the development lifecycle, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications. You will serve as a technical bridge, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex project requirements into scalable architectures. Beyond implementing features, you will mentor junior developers and partner closely with product managers and UX designers to define the strategic roadmap for high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.This position requires a deep mastery of mobile frameworks coupled with the strategic mindset to navigate architectural challenges and team dynamics. Set and improve mobile architecture across platforms.
Make technical decisions on complex features and integrations.
Own release readiness, store submissions, and rollout plans.
Support teams during major production issues.
Prepare apps for big marketing campaigns and traffic peaks.
Build long-term technical roadmaps.
Lead design reviews and keep code quality high.

Delivery & Execution

Own technical delivery across multiple teams.
Remove technical blockers and risks.
Turn product plans into clear technical work.
Track sprint progress and release status.
Create engineering guides and onboarding materials.
Work closely with product and delivery teams to meet timelines.

Automation, CI/CD & Developer Productivity

Build and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and custom tools.
Manage environments, secrets, and build flavors.
Use crash reports, analytics, and performance tools to monitor apps.
Improve build and release automation continuously.

Quality, Reliability

Set testing standards and release quality levels.
Make sure apps follow store rules and security policies.
Use phased rollouts and feature flags when needed.
Encourage a strong engineering culture focused on quality.

Requirements

Strong experience building mobile apps in production.
Expertise in Flutter and native platform.
Proven ability to own several apps and long-term technical plans.
Good knowledge of CI/CD and release processes.
Clear communication skills with different teams.
Around 8+ years of mobile development experience.
Experience in Agile teams and cross-functional work.

Nice to Have

Experience in telecom, loyalty, and large consumer apps.
Experience working in enterprise environments.
Background in mentoring engineers.
Experience building internal tools or platforms.
