We are seeking highly skilled MEP Quantity Surveyors (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our projects team. The successful candidates will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-off, preparation of BOQs, contract administration, and financial management of MEP works (Mechanical & Electrical).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects.Strong knowledge of variations, contracts, and payment certificates.Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to work with 3D drawings/models.Solid understanding of commercial and contractual procedures.Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skillHow to Apply:
