1. Monitoring hubs' performance and follow-up hubs to make improvement
2. Make performance reports, like Hub leader ranking report and QC timelimit report
3. Communicate with client for all operation issue
4. Communicate with AM for abnormal issue
5. Communicate with DS for loose sku issue
Job Qualifications
1. Good at English, Arabic
2. With good communication skills
3. Good at excel, word, PPT, and making reports via excel very well. Use all kind of formula to make reports.
4. Harding working, ready to devote himself to the company
