- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to quality.
- Formal culinary training or qualifications would be advantageous.
