- Supervise, support, and consistently follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline checks, and field visits to enhance execution and accountability.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring a high-performance culture across branches.
- Take ownership of key customer relationships, providing rapid and effective resolution of complaints, inquiries, and project-related challenges.
- Ensure after-sales service standards are upheld, working closely with operations and technical support teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) at the head office.
- Facilitate smooth order flow, delivery tracking, pricing alignment, and client customizations.
- Support the planning and integration of lighting design proposals (e.g., DIALux) in coordination with engineering teams.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, new technologies, and competitor positioning.
- Share actionable insights with senior management to inform product development, pricing, and business growth strategies.
- Monitor project pipelines in public and private sectors, identifying opportunities for bid submissions and client engagement.
- Develop territory-specific sales plans and follow up on lead conversion, tenders, and business proposals.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and submit detailed reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in lighting, construction materials, or technical product sectors. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
