Team Management & Sales Execution
  • Supervise, support, and consistently follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline checks, and field visits to enhance execution and accountability.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring a high-performance culture across branches.
🤝 Customer Engagement & Problem Resolution
  • Take ownership of key customer relationships, providing rapid and effective resolution of complaints, inquiries, and project-related challenges.
  • Ensure after-sales service standards are upheld, working closely with operations and technical support teams.
🔄 Cross-Department Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) at the head office.
  • Facilitate smooth order flow, delivery tracking, pricing alignment, and client customizations.
  • Support the planning and integration of lighting design proposals (e.g., DIALux) in coordination with engineering teams.
📊 Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, new technologies, and competitor positioning.
  • Share actionable insights with senior management to inform product development, pricing, and business growth strategies.
  • Monitor project pipelines in public and private sectors, identifying opportunities for bid submissions and client engagement.
📈 Sales Strategy & Reporting
  • Develop territory-specific sales plans and follow up on lead conversion, tenders, and business proposals.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and submit detailed reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in lighting, construction materials, or technical product sectors. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
