About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the field of electrical and (MEP) contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
Visit clients, attend meetings, and represent the company professionally
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the electrical or MEP contracting field
Strong technical knowledge in electrical and low current systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
