Position OverviewThe Marina Supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing all marina-related activities, including overseeing docking operations, maintenance, and daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and comprehensive knowledge of the boating and marina industry. The supervisor must be capable of dealing professionally with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring the safety of vessels and facilities.Key Responsibilities

Supervise all marina activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Organize docking schedules and maintenance routines for vessels.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients.
Manage and guide the marina team to achieve set objectives.
Develop and implement safety procedures to protect vessels and facilities.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure availability of necessary materials and services.
Prepare periodic reports on marina performance and implemented actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.
Advise clients on available marina services and solutions.
Organize promotional events and activities to attract new customers.
