🔥 We’re Hiring a Print Production Leader (Store Manager / Operator-in-Charge)Company: ADMARK Creative Co.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaThis is not a “manager” role.This is a take-over-the-store-and-run-it-like-your-own-business role.ADMARK Creative Co. is looking for a print production expert + operations leader who can independently manage an entire production facility—without the owner present.If you understand machines, people, deadlines, and clients—and can keep everything moving profitably—this role is for you.🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For (End-to-End Ownership):

Running daily operations of the print production house
Managing machines: UV, DTF, Laser cutting, CNC, large-format printers (3m / 5m banners)
Planning and controlling the production pipeline (job orders → scheduling → delivery)
Handling clients directly (quotations, follow-ups, problem-solving)
Supervising and managing operators, helpers, and designers
Ensuring quality control, deadlines, and zero production errors
Monitoring materials, wastage, and machine efficiency
Troubleshooting basic machine and production issues
Reporting performance and improving operations continuously

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

Strong background in printing / signage / advertising production (non-negotiable)
Hands-on experience with UV, DTF, Laser, CNC, and large-format printing machines
Someone who has already managed a print shop or production floor
Understands job costing, materials, timelines, and margins
Can lead a team and command respect on the floor
Can deal with clients professionally and close jobs
Highly responsible, proactive, and solution-driven
Can operate independently without supervision

You’ve never managed a team or production workflow
