- Develop and implement a comprehensive business model and market entry strategy for KSA, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, licensing, and business requirements.
- Oversee the overall operations of the Saudi branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving business performance.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth areas to establish the company as a leading brokerage in Saudi Arabia.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of real estate professionals across sales, marketing, and support functions.
- Define KPIs, performance standards, and operational processes to optimize efficiency and achieve sales and operational targets.
- Drive revenue generation through client acquisition, retention, and innovative business development and marketing initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders to enhance market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with UAE headquarters and international offices to align business objectives, leveraging the company’s global brand, systems, and resources while tailoring them to the local market.
- Report regularly to senior management on branch performance, sales forecasts, opportunities, and operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of proven experience in real estate brokerage leadership, preferably within the GCC, with a strong track record in driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and business culture; experience in KSA market is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in building a brokerage from inception or leading large-scale expansion projects.
- Strong sales management capabilities, with exceptional financial, commercial, and strategic acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
